Our aim is to provide a website that with no hassle can provide some amazing Restaurant quality products to your home. 

Hallstrom Co was originally created out of a hobby and interest in the science in creating chemical free Black Garlic. The first Fermenter we ever Built was from a retro kerosene powered Hallstrom fridge, hence where our name originated from.

Now days though things are little more serious with production, and we are very proud of where we are today.
